Our Biggest Small Business Story

I have owned another small business (wholesale – distributorship) since November 2002 and had been waiting for someone else to start this type of business (Flexible Warehouse Solutions). With a slow-down in my other business, I thought this was a perfect opportunity to start FWS. Due to our immediate and continued success (80% capacity after only 6-months, doubling in size almost every year since 2015!), I feel excited about our future and relieved that I wasn’t the only one that thought this was a good idea. Currently, we have over 70+ clients spanning 4 of the 7 continents! Since most of our clients are selling on popular online platforms, we have added Amazon-Canada to the mix. Who else wants the flexibility to sell on multiple platforms in multiple countries? What keeps us going is the desire to help small businesses in a way no one else has; Inventory Storage (month to month, no long-term leases), Order Fulfillment Services (no-minimums) and Office Space. The first day we placed an ad in Craigslist, we received 2 calls. Most of the calls start “Is what you advertise, really what you offer? Because no one else is doing it!”, It brings a smile to my face every time. I tell them we created FWS for customers just like them. We minimize a company’s need for a warehouse, fork-lift, dock and labor, two of the largest costs for any business. Plus, we reduce their commitment by only offering month to month contracts, so if it doesn’t work for them, no problem! Our customers are happy and returning, did I mention we are at 80% capacity after only 6-months! What is next for Flexible Warehouse Solutions is simple, more locations. We feel that we are keeping the American business dream alive and that it should be provided for anyone! Help us in building “The BIGGEST small business in America!”

Order Fulfillment Services

We work with some of the largest platforms: Amazon (US/Canada), Etsy, eBay, Zappos, Shopify, and Walmart, to name a few. With those platforms we send parcels to pallets in the capacity of FBA, FBM, B2B and DTC. In short we’ll ship your orders anyway and anywhere you want!

Onsite - labor services

Need help with a project? We offer support on location. Come on in and we’ll assist whether it is for 2 hours (minimum) or for the day, we are here to help you with whatever you need help with!

Custom & Standard packaging supplies

We have all of the packaging materials on-site; different sized boxes, bubble wrap, paper cushion, tape, shipping labels. We will find the best packaging solution for your needs.” Also, if a standard option doesn’t work how about working with one of our custom packaging advisors to find a custom fit.
